Elena Malakhatka

Elena Malakhatka earned MSc degrees in industrial engineering and management and industrial energy efficiency. After working at various energy companies she began research in big data and business models. Her research aims at finding new and sustainable business models to make sense of big data and the improved energy performance of buildings. She is a founder of VR Sci Fest — the biggest festival in Europe dedicated to VR/AR application in Science. She is constantly exploring how data and information can be rethought and represented in new ways.
