Andrea has responsibility for several Fremantle central group functions including Strategy, M&A, Legal and Business Affairs, Marketing, and Comms. Andrea also oversees all Fremantle Scripted (Drama/Film) Business with an average of 50 shows in production globally across the year. In addition, from 2021, Andrea is in charge of launching the new Fremantle Global Factual Business that is aimed to position the company as one of the leading players in the sector. Andrea has also direct responsibility over Fremantle operations and P/L across Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, France and Portugal), LatAm and Israel. Formerly Andrea was Executive Vice President at Sky Italia. The role covered responsibility over all Sky Italia programming excluding sports, managing a team of over 500 and a budget in the range of 600M. This included also the news channel SkyTg24 , free to air channels TV8 and Cielo, and all Sky Italia original productions (scripted/unscripted).
