Malissa Clark

Malissa is an associate professor in industrial/organizational psychology in the psychology department at the University of Georgia. Her research interests fall under the broad topic of employee well-being. Clark has done extensive research on topics including workaholism, work-family conflict, women at work, and the effects of mood/emotions on individual and workplace outcomes. She authored, among others, the paper Workaholism: It’s not just long hours on the job (2016).
