Julia von Winterfeldt’s mission is to awaken leaders into becoming and living their authentic selves, with the goal of helping the world evolve so it will better support people and companies as a whole. In 2015, she founded the Purpose & Strategy collective and SOULWORX events, where 'PurposeQuests' are designed for leaders, teams, and even entire organizations to delve into leading from “purpose.” During these experiences, participants explore, transform, and humanize their interactions and establish the cultures, communities, structures, and systems that are necessary to succeed in times of exponential change.
