Riccardo Donadon
Founder, Chairman and CEO, H-FARM
Riccardo was born in Treviso in 1967. In 1996, he founded Mall Italy Lab, the first Italian shopping center on the internet powered by Verde Sport, a company part of the Benetton Group. In September 1998 he established E-Tree, a company of reference for online services in Italy. Under his leadership, E-Tree reached in just 3 years a €13 million turnover and more than 160 employees. Riccardo sold the company to Etnoteam Group in 2001, and left it at the end of 2003. In January 2005, Riccardo founded H-FARM, locating it in Ca' Tron, on the outskirts of an established farm between the provinces of Treviso and Venice. H-FARM is the fist venture in the world to adopt a model that brings together investments, business consultancy and digitally augmented educational programs all into one place. Today, we are an innovative platform that supports the creation of new business models as well as the transformation and education of young people and Italian businesses from a digital point of view. H-FARM is a community of more than 650 people, and is considered a singularity at an international level.
