Once again, two MAIZE projects have earned a place in the prestigious ADI Design Index 2024
For the second year in a row, two of our projects have been selected for the prestigious ADI Design Index, a curated collection of the best Italian designs, meticulously chosen by ADI Associazione per il Disegno Industriale as a preliminary step towards the highly coveted Compasso d’Oro award!
In competition for the prize are two different projects, both of which we are very proud of: MUOVY and Generations Debate.
MUOVY — For the ‘Service Design’ category
MUOVY is the new digital services hub from Autostrade per l’Italia. The project aims to replace the previous Free to X app while retaining most of its features, and at the same time, it develops a new visual design for MUOVY that aligns with the identity of Autostrade per l’Italia and integrates various new features already available on the group’s online platforms.
The services offered include the ability to pay outstanding tolls, request cashback for delays due to construction on the Autostrade per l’Italia network, monitor tutor routes, and access traffic services. Alongside the rebranding initiative, which introduced a more modern and engaging graphic style, an important review of the main user flows has been carried out to improve and simplify them, enhancing the app’s usability.

Generations Debate — For the ‘Research for Business’ category
Generations Debate represents a blend of quantitative and qualitative data that has produced a multifaceted overview, much like a debate where there are no right or wrong positions. This project is the result of an in-depth quantitative study conducted on a sample of over 2,000 users from five European countries, spanning four different generations.
We developed a fully documented qualitative workshop involving eight individuals from four different generations who engaged in discussions on various topics that emerged from the analysis of the quantitative research results. From this process, a documentary was created in which the different generations compare their opinions on subjects such as initial experiences in an organization, the impact of the pandemic on careers, the role of creativity, and much more.

Fingers crossed for the announcement that will be in 2025!
