Our ‘Play Nice’ communication campaign for Nice Group wins ‘Best Global Internal Content Campaign of the Year’ at the Global Content Awards 2024

'Play Nice,' an internal communication campaign aimed at boosting Nice Group's employees engagement with the company's new global intranet platform, was developed as an interactive charity race in partnership with UNICEF Italia. The campaign has been nominated for ‘Best Global Internal Content Campaign of the Year’ at the Global Content Awards 2024, an event celebrating excellence in content marketing worldwide.

Last year, Nice Group asked for our support in promoting employees’ access and active interaction in its new global intranet platform, ‘The Daily Wonder’, while at the same time fostering awareness and understanding of key organizational topics and initiatives by instilling a sense of ownership and commitment among the corporate population.

 

Our teams worked together to launch an unconventional, purpose-driven initiative designed to engage employees worldwide. The result was the ‘Play Nice’ campaign, a project we are very proud of, which transformed the intranet into an interactive playing field where employees participated in a charitable race benefiting UNICEF.

 

We distributed physical kits with QR codes for easy access, developed a tracking system to convert user interactions into points, and displayed these points in real-time to drive engagement. Customized video content, aligned with Nice Group’s values, earned even more points and sparked meaningful conversations. 

This campaign not only boosted platform adoption but also empowered employees to make a tangible social impact.
